Quinelle “Coach Q” Holder

She is the co-founder and lead strategist of Medium Creative Agency, where she helps artists, labels, and brands turn attention into ownership. A music industry veteran, alongside Q, with 10+ years of experience spanning college and FM radio, SiriusXM, and record label marketing.
Sabrina has worked with names like Red Bull, Roc Nation, Canva, SXSW, A3C, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, and The Lox.
At MCA, she leads strategy and consulting with one goal, amplifying the culture while setting up artists and their teams for lasting success. Her philosophy is simple: reach is the appetizer, ownership is the meal.
