Coach Q’s extensive knowledge of the music industry as well as his business savvy has landed him local spotlight from Pharrell William’s ‘Something In The Water’ festival (#VAForThePeople: Community Conversations) and William & Mary as a guest panelist for their 2nd Annual Hip Hop Celebration.

Further more, Holder gained national notoriety from VIBE Magazine when he was asked to join them for their TDE Vs. GQ discussion and named one of AfroTech‘s 10 Black Men Who Found Success Through Digital Platforms.

In 2017 he joined The Recording Academy's Washington, D.C. Chapter and currently serves as Advisor to the board.

Professionally bringing together their collective efforts, they launched their first business endeavor as a married couple in 2015. Appropriately titled Medium PR Agency (later changing it to Medium Creative Agency in 2020), the firm sets out to be a medium or connecting channel between where creatives are and want to be.
